From 2001 to 2010 Giannina was the house photographer of Arts Centre Vooruit in Ghent. Two rolls of film per performance, two images for the arts centre: a rule that kept her fully present on stage.

Dance, theatre and music companies still invite her to photograph their work. She never asks anyone to pose and never uses a tripod: she moves among the performers and waits for the detail. Quote: Barbara Raes.
